7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (12HR Nights); 36 hours per week with occasional flex to mid-day shift.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a night shift position. The role involves working autonomously in a Critical Access Hospital environment after 10 PM, and after 1 AM, the RN will be the sole medical professional in the department until 8 AM the next morning, with a House Coordinator as the backup.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
• Work independently after hours, making critical decisions swiftly.
• Collaborate with a House Coordinator for support during after-hours shifts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years current Emergency Room experience.
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification.
• Active American Heart Association PALS certification.
• Active TNCC certification.
• Active NIHSS certification.
• Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
• BSN preferred.
