Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading acute care facility. The RN will provide patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, specializing in acute inpatient rehab for adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Medhost EHR.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding care plans and rehabilitation goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation or Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Current Tennessee RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Successful completion of Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to assignment start date.
