Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

7 PM - 7 AM. The position requires working every other weekend and holidays in rotation.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You are expected to follow facility policies and maintain a standard of care that aligns with the hospital's operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care with compassion and professionalism.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care as needed.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and medications.
• Document patient care and changes in patient conditions accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• BLS certification required.
