Schedule

This position requires 8-hour shifts during the day with flexibility for occasional evening needs. A total of 40 hours per week is guaranteed.

Job Description

The Surgery Department specializes in the surgical treatment of a variety of clinical conditions, offering a range of procedures including endocrine, breast, oncologic, gastrointestinal, colon, and rectal procedures, as well as hepatobiliary surgeries. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in providing excellent patient care in the Operating Room.

Responsibilities

• Assist with surgeries and provide scrub support in the Operating Room.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and surgical safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.
• Communicate clearly with patients and their families regarding surgical procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years OR experience is required.
• Scrub experience is mandatory.
• Experience in multiple surgical specialties is required.
• BLS certification (AHA) is required.
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license is required.
• EPIC experience is necessary.
• Must have a personal vehicle for transportation.
