Registered Nurse – Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) & Alternate Level of Care Unit (ALC)

Location

Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights - 12-hour shifts: 7 PM - 7 AM. Options for 36 and 48 hours per week, with 1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least 1 holiday during the contract.

Job Description

The position involves working in the West 4 Acute Care of Elderly (ACE) & Alternate Level of Care Unit (ALC), managing 36 beds and providing quality care for elderly patients.

Required Experience

• 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• 2 years of U.S. work experience is required for non-U.S. candidates.

Preferred Experience

• 2 years of recent experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing.

Required License and Certifications

• Active New York RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.

Charting

Experience with EPIC is preferred.
