Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the ICU. This role requires providing high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients while ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform procedures including intubations, central lines, and more.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses will not be accepted).
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• NIH Stroke Certification.
• 2+ years of ICU experience.
