Schedule

7 PM - 7 AM, including every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team at a psych/rehab department operating as a float unit. The Respiratory Therapist will provide critical care support, including ventilator management and emergency response interventions.

Responsibilities

• Administer nebulizer treatments and arterial blood gases from A-lines and sticks.
• Assist in intubation and code blue situations.
• Participate in rapid response efforts as part of the healthcare team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Critical care experience with ventilator management.
• Strong assessment skills are essential.
• Preferred: Experience with Meditech and ventilators.
