Laboratory Technologist - Hematology/Coagulation/Urinalysis

Location

This position is based in a high-volume lab environment within a level III trauma center.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts are 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM, working four 10-hour shifts per week, including two weekends a month and holidays as needed.

Job Description

The Laboratory Technologist will play an essential role in a very high volume lab. Responsibilities include instrument maintenance, quality control, performing manual differentials, and analyzing body fluids.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instrument maintenance and quality control procedures.
• Perform manual differentials for hematology and coagulation analyses.
• Analyze body fluids and ensure accurate laboratory results.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess relevant certifications and experience in laboratory settings, particularly in hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis.
