Travel RN - Med Surg (Nights)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: Nights, from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel RN specializing in Med Surg to join our team. This position is ideal for nurses who are ready to take on new challenges and provide exceptional care to patients in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to Med Surg patients, ensuring adherence to best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess patient needs and create tailored care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in patient and family education to support recovery and health maintenance.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid RN license with a minimum of 1 year of recent Med Surg experience.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS is preferred.
