Work 2-12 hour day shifts per week, no call required.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and all levels of acuity, including Level 2 NICU experience. Must possess excellent critical care and ventilator skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and evaluate patient responses.
• Monitor and maintain ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding respiratory health.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); cannot consider CRT.
• Completion of an approved respiratory therapy program as required by license.
• Valid Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA-RT).
• Current certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP from the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccine required from October to March; no exemptions allowed.
