Schedule

Day shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with one weekend per month. Weekdays will be scheduled off to balance weekend work.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. This role involves providing essential therapy services to patients in an active inpatient rehab unit, focusing on orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and general medical/surgical populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
• Ability to work varied day shift hours.
