Job Description

This position requires a valid licensure and several credentials for employment, all of which are necessary for onboarding. The selected candidate will be responsible for adhering to the Trinity Code of Conduct and ensuring patient confidentiality and system security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional standards as per the Trinity Code of Conduct.
• Complete required health screenings and vaccinations for compliance.
• Participate in training and competency testing specific to the specialty.
• Ensure accurate documentation of personal health history.
• Fulfill all onboarding and credentialing requirements as outlined.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid licensure and certification verification.
• Completion of various health screenings and vaccinations including COVID-19, Influenza, and others.
• Successful passing of Trinity Skills Checklist and specialty-specific competency testing.
• Completion of background checks and verification processes.
