Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Burn ICU team. The unit features 12 beds with a patient ratio of 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for med/surg and PCU patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Float to other units as needed per floating policy.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Prior med/surg experience preferred.
