Schedule

Day 5x8-Hour (09:00 - 17:00) - Sundays and Mondays for inpatient, Tuesdays through Thursdays for outpatient.

Job Description

We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive care for patients in both the inpatient acute and inpatient rehab settings, as well as in outpatient therapy. This role involves managing a variety of patient cases, including post-operative recovery and rehabilitation for numerous conditions. Spanish speaking abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Provide manual therapy, aquatic therapy, and other specialized treatments as needed.
• Conduct patient education and family education about therapies and rehabilitation methods.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid California Physical Therapist license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
