Certified Surgical Technologist - Night Shift

Schedule

3x12 hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with holiday rotation and rotating weekends.

Job Description

The Certified Surgical Technologist will work in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma Center, assisting in a variety of surgical procedures. The role involves collaboration within a team of registered nurses and surgical professionals to provide high-quality surgical care under dynamic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures across multiple specialties including Neuro, ENT, and Robotics.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are prepared and sterile prior to procedures.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment during operations.
• Float between like units as needed to meet facility requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Experience in Neuro (spines/crani), ENT (flaps), and Robotics (Davinci Xi) cases highly preferred.
• Certification: NBSTSA required; BLS certification.
• Radiation badge provided by agency is mandatory.
• Must possess or be eligible for a South Carolina RN license.
