Day Shift: 5x8 hours (09:00 - 17:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Acute Care team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in various settings including outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. Key responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, implementing treatment plans, and assisting in rehabilitation for various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques to enhance patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care preferred.
• Active TX State license and BLS certification required.
• Travel experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
