Job Description

The Pediatric Cardiology Intensive Care Unit (PCICU) is a 29-bed, award-winning unit focused on providing care for patients with congenital heart disease of all ages. We are seeking an experienced CVPICU RN to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric cardiac patients.
• Participate in complex therapeutic interventions, including ECMO and CRRT.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care based on acuity levels.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric Cardiac ICU experience.
• Current SC or Multi State/Compact RN license.
• Certifications: PALS, BLS (AHA). ACLS preferred.
• Experience with Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD) is highly preferred.
