Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with flexibility; Lunch from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. Must be available for Saturdays.

Job Description

The primary duties include physical therapy evaluations and treatments across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role requires the ability to work independently and provide thorough care approaches for all outpatient diagnoses, as well as mobility progression for acute and skilled nursing facility (SNF) inpatient cases, including discharge planning. The physical therapist is required to work in various units including ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB, and extensively in the hospital-based outpatient PT clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT evaluations and provide treatment plans for patients
• Manage a full schedule of inpatients and outpatients
• Working in ER, ICU, Med/Surg, and outpatient settings
• Perform mobility progression for acute to SNF inpatient cases
• Engage in discharge planning for patients

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

A valid Hawaii physical therapist license is required, and it should be obtained as soon as possible.
