Schedule

12-hour day shifts from 0645 to 1908, with a requirement of 36 hours per week. Scheduling may include combinations of Monday through Friday or weekend shifts.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care in a 100-bed Long Term Acute Care Facility with a focus on geriatric patients and those requiring post-acute care, including trach patients. The nurse will work within their competencies and is expected to maintain flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care under the guidelines of the facility.
• Float to various units as needed to meet patient care demands.
• Maintain compliance with all documentation and required approvals.
• Participate in team meetings and patient care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Long Term Acute Care setting.
• Strongly preferred experience in facilities with over 400 beds or Level 2 trauma experience.
• Current BLS certification (AHA); ACLS certification preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
