Cath Lab Technician

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (07:00 - 17:30).

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated team player with experience in Cardiac Cath along with expertise in Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro specialties. Candidates must have experience in at least two of the four modalities specified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure compliance with infection control standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Act as a scrub technologist during Cath Lab procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed based on unit requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 18 months of experience in specialty preferred, 2 years is ideal.
• Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) preferred.
• AHA ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• RCIS certification is preferred in addition to required certifications.
• Must be nicotine-free with a negative 10 panel + nicotine drug screen required.
