Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN for our Oncology/Women's Surgical unit. This unit provides comprehensive care for patients undergoing treatment and surgeries related to women's health and oncology. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to oncology and surgical patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Conduct continued assessments and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS certification required.
• Chemo Certification preferred.
