Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for day shifts. The ideal candidate will possess experience in various surgical procedures and be comfortable in a high-paced environment. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring a sterile environment, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures across a wide range of specialties.
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment during surgical operations.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient vital signs and conditions pre, during, and post-surgery.
• Document patient care accurately in the EPIC system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Operating Room setting.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience with various surgical procedures, including laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population and interdisciplinary teams.
