• Wednesday to Friday: 7 AM - 7 PM
• On-call duties Thursday and Friday nights
• On-call the following weekend
• Monday to Wednesday: 7 AM - 7 PM
• On-call Monday and Tuesday nights

Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist will provide care to patients with respiratory issues. This role involves evaluating patient needs, creating care plans, and administering treatments. The ideal candidate will also support patients in managing their respiratory conditions and provide educational resources to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat respiratory disorders.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding respiratory care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Respiratory Therapist license.
• Relevant experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are beneficial.
