Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to meet performance expectations, with the understanding that failure to do so may result in immediate contract termination.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A licensed Physical Therapist within the state of Nebraska.
• Current American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
