Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Services team. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment that focuses on providing exceptional patient care, primarily in a hospital and nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish plans of care.
• Assist with patient rounds and contribute to care conferences as needed.
• Maintain frequent communication with the rehab team regarding patient progress and discharge needs.
• Provide treatment in various settings, including patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and the rehab gym.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have experience in a hospital and/or nursing home setting.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must possess a valid North Carolina Physical Therapy license.
