Schedule

Shift: 10hr Day 10x4, Schedule: 8 AM - 6:15 PM, Monday - Friday; hours may vary due to department needs.

Job Description

Join an outpatient multidisciplinary department providing physical, occupational, and speech language pathology services, including specialty therapies such as certified hand therapy (CHT), wound care, lymphedema, vestibular therapy, aquatics, sports rehabilitation, and more. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience along with a valid BLS certification and lymphedema certification.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient rehabilitation
• Required BLS certification
• Lymphedema certification required
