Schedule

Day shift, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM. Must be able to work weekends and be available for shifts on 2/18 - 2/19, with a preference for candidates available through the end of January and the first week of February.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room is expected to float between units and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency care and possess the necessary licensure and certifications to practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the emergency room.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, responding to changes and emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
• Document all patient care activities and interventions accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Completion of Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam.
• Completion of Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening.
• Current certifications in required health and safety trainings (COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, Tdap).
• Must successfully pass a 10-panel drug screening.
• Clean criminal background check required.
