Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with Epic experience and level I trauma center experience to join our ICU Float Pool. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing patient care across various intensive care settings including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and progressive critical care unit (PCCU). This role may also require floating to other units, including the ED and PACU.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients across multiple specialty units.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and implement necessary interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Epic experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience in floating to various ICUs is highly desired.
• Must be comfortable caring for patients in various critical care environments.
