This position offers a day shift schedule from 08:30 to 17:00, with the possibility of working Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Therapist with acute rehab experience or a willingness to float with proper orientation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various rehabilitation techniques and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate rehabilitation programs for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to promote optimal patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Monitor and document patient progress in the electronic health record.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation settings.
• Experience with the Epic charting system is required.
• Current valid California license.
• Certification in relevant rehabilitation techniques preferred.
