CVPICU RN Travel Position

Night shifts (3x12 hours) from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The Pediatric Cardiology Intensive Care Unit (PCICU) is seeking a skilled CVPICU RN to provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients with congenital heart conditions. The unit is known for its exceptional outcomes and advanced cardiac care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Caring for pediatric patients with complex cardiac conditions.
• Providing hemodynamic monitoring and support, including ECMO and CRRT.
• Administering medications and managing intravenous therapies.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of Peds Cardiac ICU experience required.
• Experience with Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD) preferred.
• Current SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required.
• Certifications: PALS, BLS (must be AHA certified), and ACLS preferred.
