Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in ICU settings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a level I trauma center and will be comfortable providing care in various intensive care environments including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and others. The role requires capability to care for ICU patients in the ED and PACU while awaiting bed placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in multiple ICU settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and manage complex medical conditions and administer medications as needed.
• Float to various units as required, demonstrating adaptability and clinical competence.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Epic experience is required.
• Experience within a level I trauma center strongly preferred.
• Floating experience to various ICUs is highly desired.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure and certification relevant to the specialty are mandatory.
