Job Description

We are seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse with Epic experience required, who is capable of floating to various ICU departments. Candidates must have experience caring for ICU patients in diverse settings including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, progressive critical care unit (PCCU), and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable and competent in handling the pressures of critical care environments and will be subjected to a competency test within 24 hours of application submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various critical care areas.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to different ICU units as required by staffing needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with facility policies and EMR standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Epic experience is REQUIRED.
• Level I trauma center experience strongly preferred.
• Experience floating to various ICUs is highly desired.
