Night shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Weekends required.

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Surgical Services Manager with at least 1.5 years of experience in surgical settings. The role requires scrubbing and circulating across various types of cases including general surgery, urology, orthopedic, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, Advanced ENT, and spine procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee surgical operations and ensure quality of care.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to provide superior patient outcomes.
• Manage surgical schedules and staffing.
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1.5+ years of experience in surgical services management.
• BLS required; PALS and CNOR preferred.
• Active NJ or Compact nursing license at the time of submission.
