Level II Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Rotating Shift)

Job Description

The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for the provision of competent care based on established standards. This role includes an expanded responsibility which may consist of charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member duties. The ideal candidate will practice clinical excellence, engage in professional development, and apply research and evidence-based practices in a fast-paced telemetry environment.

Schedule

This position requires a rotating shift schedule, including every other weekend and holidays. Please note that straight shift schedules are not available for this role.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Two (2) years of nursing experience required
• Current RN License (NEW YORK LICENSE ONLY)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Telemetry experience required
