Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to provide full-spectrum MRI studies in various settings, including in-patient, outpatient, and emergency room patients. The position includes on-call responsibilities, requiring one 8.5-hour day per week and one 24-hour weekend every five weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of MRI studies, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Administer contrast media and monitor patients throughout procedures.
• Utilize GE Scanners and EPIC charting in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience required, with at least 1.5 years of MRI experience if GE experience is present.
• Active New Jersey or Compact License required at time of submission.
• Must possess BLS certification and either ARRT (preferred) or ARMRIT certifications.
• Experience with a full spectrum of MRI studies is necessary; cardiac MRI is not performed on site.
