Acute Care Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with call required one weekend a month.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Acute Care Registered Nurse with experience in acute care settings. A strong preference will be given to candidates with wound care experience. This position involves managing patient care with a typical patient ratio of 10:1.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to acute care patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care plans in the EMR system.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Active PT license.
• A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of acute care nursing experience.
• Wound care experience is preferred but not required.
