Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with experience in adult outpatient rehabilitation. The successful candidate will work primarily with patients diagnosed with various conditions, including Parkinson's, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and gait/balance dysfunction.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and progress evaluations for diverse patient diagnoses.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy with adult outpatient experience required.
• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• EPIC experience is mandatory.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster.
• Must be able to manage a minimum of 9 cases per day.
