Schedule

Mid shift from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. with rotation support from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. as applicable. Weekend coverage required every other weekend.

Job Description

As an Emergency Room RN, you will provide critical care to patients in various age groups, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team and address a wide range of urgent medical issues, from trauma to respiratory emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in an Emergency Room setting.
• Manage and interpret patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Administer emergency medications and treatments as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory services and pharmacy.
• Participate in procedures involving central lines and arterial lines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Certifications required: ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NIHSS.
• Travel experience is required.
• Preferred experience with trauma level I and II, as well as familiarity with the Meditech charting system.
