Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of age-specific, direct patient care. Utilizing the Nursing Process, the RN provides nursing care while adhering to the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care. The RN will take on leadership responsibilities, which include delegating tasks to other levels of employees and ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care.

Required certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training must be active prior to the start date or must be scheduled during Clinical Orientation.
