Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM (No weekend shifts required)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess home health experience and a valid Physical Therapy license. They should have a background in working within a large acute care setting and excel as a team player focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Patient evaluation and establishing plans of care and treatment programs
• Providing interventions and patient education
• Comprehensive documentation of interventions and billing
• Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation
• Participate in the orientation of new staff members
• Serve as a clinical instructor for students
• Exercise independent judgment on moderately complex cases with minimal supervision

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program
• 0-4 years of experience as a Physical Therapist is strongly preferred
• Experience in acute care in a large academic medical setting preferred
• Board Certification as a Specialist in a relevant area is a plus
