MRI Technologist

Job Description

The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality MRI scans while ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role involves operating GE MRI scanners, adhering to protocols, and providing excellent patient care.

Schedule

The position requires availability for shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM or 8 AM to 4 PM. Weekend shifts are required, and on-call duties may be discussed. Flexibility to float between modalities may be necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid New York State MRI Technologist License
• ARRT certification
• BLS certification
• Advanced certification in MRI and CT preferred but not required
