Job Description

Enjoy meaningful work in a community-focused hospital environment. The Physical Therapist will work in the Acute and Rehabilitation services, providing care for patients in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care.
• Assist with patient rounds and care conferences as required.
• Communicate frequently with the rehabilitation team regarding patient progress, equipment needs, and discharge plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a North Carolina Physical Therapy license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in a hospital and/or nursing home setting is essential.
