Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical conditions. This role requires a commitment to patient safety and effective communication with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population in an Intermediate Care setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, initiating appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic health records (EHR).
• Participate in patient and family education on health management and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• 2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Experience with medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
