Cath Lab Travel Nurse Position

Schedule

Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Schedule includes every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

The traveler will be scheduled in accordance with facility policy to support the Cath Lab team. The role involves assisting in various procedures and ensuring optimal patient care during and after interventions.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for Left Heart Catheterizations (LHC), Right Heart Catheterizations (RHC), Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), and STEMI cases.
• Monitor patients during procedures.
• Support in the prep and recovery areas as needed.
• Participate in an on-call schedule with approximately 15-18 days per month.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Advanced skills in monitoring and performing invasive procedures.
• Active certification as RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) is required.
