Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for a nursing position that requires various certifications and health history documentation. Candidates must have an active nursing license and be prepared to provide verification and health status documentation as part of the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient health and safety standards.
• Provide quality nursing care to patients.
• Document patient care and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Nursing License (Nursys certification)
• License/Certificate Verification
• COVID-19 Vaccine
• MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap Vaccinations
• Driver's License/State ID
• Prime Education Verification
• Prime Criminal Background Check
• Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test)
