This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 06:00 AM to 06:30 PM, with no set schedules.

Job Description

The healthcare position requires individuals with the following certifications and health history for onboarding:

• COVID-19 Vaccine
• MMR
• Hepatitis B
• Influenza Vaccine
• TB Test
• Varicella
• Tdap
• Physical/Health Statement
• Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test)

• Driver's License/State ID
• Prime Core Competencies Exam
• Prime Skills Checklist
• Prime Education Verification
• Prime Criminal Background Check
• Prime SAM/EPLS
• Fit Test (optional)
