Job Description

The Medical Surgical ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care for patients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, recording vital signs and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Float to units of equal or lesser acuity as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical ICU setting.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Epic charting experience is essential.
• Charge experience is preferred.
