Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Care Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population, including adults and geriatrics, with various critical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients with conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG pod 2, Acute Respiratory Failure, and Atrial Fibrillation.
• Assist with admissions and discharges, ensuring continuity of care.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document patient care accurately.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current State RN License.
• Two years of recent acute care nursing experience.
• Experience in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing.
