Job Description

Seeking experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. This position requires candidates to work in a fast-paced environment while providing compassionate care to patients with a variety of critical needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient care based on ESI guidelines.
• Administer IVs, medications, and EKGs.
• Conduct moderate sedation for procedures such as reductions or cardioversion.
• Assist with intubation, CPR, rapid sequence intubation, and code response.
• Care for patients experiencing trauma, stroke, STEMI, sepsis, and behavioral health crises.
• Prepare and coordinate transport for patients requiring higher levels of care.
• Implement isolation and infection control protocols.
• Document and reassess patient progress in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred).
• Strong triage and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with trauma and cardiac alert patients.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
