5x8 Hour Shift (08:00 - 16:30), with 1 weekend required per month.

Job Description

The Inpatient Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services to patients within the hospital-based inpatient rehab unit. This role requires a professional dedicated to improving patient mobility and overall physical function.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document progress using Epic charting system.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
